Privacy

Collect less. Explain what remains.

This marketing site does not create Red Mountain Soap user accounts and does not store payment-card information. When configured, Cloudflare Web Analytics provides aggregate, privacy-oriented site measurement. Square handles checkout, payment, order, and customer records under its own terms and privacy notice. MailerLite handles newsletter subscriptions only after explicit opt-in.

Email and inquiries

Messages sent to sales@redmountainsoap.com are retained as needed to answer the inquiry, support an order, maintain business records, or document a wholesale relationship. Newsletter consent is separate from order and inquiry correspondence.

Access and deletion

Requests concerning Red Mountain Soap-held information may be sent to sales@redmountainsoap.com. Square and MailerLite requests may also need to be made through those providers.

Shipping

Sell only what is cured and available.

Available shipping methods, charges, destinations, and estimated handling time appear in Square before payment. An order is not accepted until checkout confirms payment. Shipment timing begins after payment confirmation and excludes carrier delays outside Red Mountain Soap’s control.

Shipped offerings may be limited to bundles or minimum quantities when single-bar postage would be disproportionate to the order.

Local pickup

By confirmed appointment.

The Ivins production address is private and is not a walk-in retail location. When local pickup is offered, Square will provide appointment instructions after a paid order. Customers should not arrive without a confirmed pickup time.

Returns & damaged orders

Photograph transit damage promptly.

Because soap is a personal-use product, opened or used bars are not returnable for preference changes. Incorrect, missing, or transit-damaged items should be reported promptly with the order number and clear photographs of the package and affected product.

Approved remedies may include replacement, refund, or store credit through the original Square transaction. The final reporting window and remedy rules must be approved before launch.

Product use

Soap, not medical care.

Product pages describe scent, ingredients, process, and ordinary cleansing use. They do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Stop use if irritation occurs. Review the complete ingredient panel before purchase and use.
